Such a pleasant experience. Brilliant hotel, spotless, employees are pleasant, and location is ideal near to the station.

Staff were fabulous, hotel was fairly clean, set in nice area right by Main Street. They made my stay excellent! I had well-kept guest room with private bathroom, books plus large terrace. They provided lots of great choices for breakfast that was included. Also, it was easy to get to a cultural-natural museum.

Well, Wi-Fi connection was slow.

A truly memorable stay. The bed was lovely and the restaurant was great and had lots of food. The best sand beach I've seen before now. Relaxed by the pool, it was heated, especially when the weather was fine...

All stuff was very hospitable and gave some tips about Zermatt. The room was brand-new, had a particularly good view. Daily service was helpful too. Plus their wifi was fast.

Thanks to genuinely professional staff the entire hotel was neat. The beds were extremely comfy and the room was well-kept & silent. It made my trip to Zermatt a such great experience.

To be honest I loved how exceptionally friendly the staff is, I would stay here again Unique and excellent room, I had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay. Super location to a baroque chapel. Marvellous view, a little balcony, big bed, too. The breakfast was enjoyable and had variety of options. Its courteous service.

We appreciated staff and atmosphere. Room was excellent value for money. Host was helpful. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk.
